I went to Furniture Connections looking for a pair of comfortable chairs for a work office that will have heavy use. The requirement was genuine comfort. The person who helped me truly understood what I needed and by thinking “outside the box”, she located the perfect chairs at the perfect price. Julia also held them after the purchase and arranged deliver / set-up for when the new business office will be ready in a few weeks. I then called back a few days later and asked for help for side tables for that office. Again, Julia rocked it! She found small tables that were the correct height, style and price point AND added it to the existing plan so that all furniture would be delivered at the same time. She did the research for the tables and sent me pics with specs and helped me decide. Julia helped with setting up the online purchase. I didn’t even have to go back to the store. Julia, Thank you thank you thank you for ALL of your help! You made everything so easy and you were so sweet and wonderful! In fact, everyone in the store was really nice and that all makes a big difference. I’ll be happy to keep doing business with this store.

From picking out the furniture, to getting it delivered. The process was smooth and easy. They boys that delivered it with Bobby did an outstanding job. Cleaned up, put it together, got it positioned where I needed it and were in and out in 15 minutes. Amazing job guys. Will definitely use yall again.

Very positive shopping experience. Our Sales Associate Julia was EXCELLENT!! She was very knowledgeable about the items we needed and guided us in the best direction for us and not just to make a sale. She was very patient and gave us plenty of time to think through our purchases (and there were several). One thing that really stood out about her was the fact that she shared that she loved her job and that the company was really good to work for. Positivity is the key to great customer service and we were fortunate to have been greeted by Julia upon our arrival. In the future, if furniture needs arise, we will not hesitate to be repeat customers!

I was greeted as I entered the showroom. Pat casually escorted me through the showroom asking me what I was interested in purchasing. When I made my desires and preferences known, Pat found the products that I was seeking. He was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. One item wasn't in stock. I asked if I could get everything delivered when the one item came in. They agreed. It was a very nice experience. Thanks Mr. Pat and Furniture Connection.

Khalil and Dasani dropped off our furniture. They were very polite and if it didnt fit in the intended spot they offered to help us move it around. Everything showed up better than expected! Very professional, quick in and out set up!

Great customer service and Pat was awesome, he greeted me and then let me look around. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase, but was freely able to find what best suited my wants and needs. Definitely recommend plus the prices are fair. Kerry and Sam were amazing delivery people. They were extremely gentle with my new couch and my walls, but very quick and ensured all things were in working order. I am very pleased with the entire experience from looking , purchasing, to installation.
